Getting to the Institut français du Luxembourg
Located in the heart of the city, the Institut français du Luxembourg is easily accessible by public transport, bicycle or on foot. Just a few minutes from the central railway station and the main bus and tram stops, it is ideally located in a central and convenient location.
Open Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1pm and from 2pm to 5pm.
Closed at weekends.

By public transport: Get off at Wampach stop (bus lines 5, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 21, 22 and 78), or at Hamilius (tram line T1 or bus lines 12, 14, 15, 73, 78, 83 and 93).
On foot: Located in the city centre, just a stone’s throw from Luxembourg City Municipal Park, the Institut français du Luxembourg is around a 10-minute walk from Place d’Armes and a 15-minute walk from the central railway station. It is also within easy walking distance of many cultural and administrative institutions.
By car: Monterey car park
