The Institut français du Luxembourg offers several packages of private classes aimed at adults, teenagers and children who wish to improve their French in a flexible way, tailored to their goals and schedule. They are ideal for intensive learning or for addressing specific needs.
The slots, weekly frequency and package size is set by the learner.

L’Institut français du Luxembourg propose des cours de français général individuels, conçus pour répondre exactement aux besoins de chaque apprenant.
Chaque cours est personnalisé, permettant de se concentrer sur les compétences à renforcer : expression orale, compréhension, lecture, écriture ou préparation à des examens spécifiques.
Les cours particuliers s’adaptent à tous les niveaux, du débutant au confirmé, et offrent un cadre privilégié pour progresser rapidement et efficacement.

Each lesson is fully personalised, allowing you to focus on the skills you wish to improve, such as speaking, listening, reading and writing, or preparing for specific exams (DELF, DALF, TCF, school exams, …)
Private lessons are suitable for all levels, from beginner to advanced and provide an ideal setting for effective progress.
For lessons funded by an employer, the corporate rate applies.
When and how to register
Registration for private lessons can be done online via our official website or by phone or in person to arrange timings and package.
The minimum session duration is 60 minutes, but we recommend 90 minutes twice a week to ensure optimal results.
Learning
Each session combines practical activities, targeted exercises and oral practice to maximise learning effectiveness.
Thanks to the one-to-one format, learners benefit from the teacher’s full attention, ensuring fast and qualitative progress.

25- and 50-hour packages: 15% off the 2nd contract and every 3rd contract thereafter subscribed to within the same academic year.
